The ferry, and take an early one. The last boat leaves Phuket in the early afternoon, so a late arrival at Phuket airport means a night on the island you were leaving.

Rassada Pier to Saladan Pier at the north end of Lanta. Most sailings call at Phi Phi on the way, which is why the crossing is longer than the map suggests.
